For over three decades, he has worked in education, with 20 years in the classroom, 5 years as Certification Testing Coordinator, then six years as a Career Service Advisor, preparing students for life after education. His work has earned him notable recognition, including the Disney Teacheriffic Award, Instructor of the Year in Community Service and being named Volunteer of the Year for the Orange County Youthful Offender's Program to name a few.
Tommy has a remarkable ability to inspire and lead through motivational communication, empowering his audiences with life-changing success principles, personal and professional growth strategies.
